Putting the CPI-M in further defence in connection with the money fraud case against party Kerala secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan’s son Binoy Kodiyeri, the Dubai-based JASS Tourism company said if the case is not compromised by giving back Rs 13 crore before 5 February, they will hold a Press meet in Kerala and reveal all the details.
A Press meet has been scheduled on behalf of Hasan Ismail Abdullah Al Marzooqi, ownerof JAAS Tourism LLC Dubai, who has raised a complaint against Binoy Kodiyeri, at the Thiruvananthapuram Press Club on 5 February by his Indian advocate.
This development comes just after Benoy Kodiyeri claim that the case has been settled in a Dubai court by depositing money at the court.

In this connection, CPI-M state secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan said on Tuesday the party has nothing to do with the financial dealings case against Binoy Kodiyeri.
He said all issues related to the financial dealings must be sorted out according to Gulf laws.
“Binoy is still in Dubai. I do not know why the Arab national is traveling all the way,” Balakrishnan said referring to the proposed visit of JAASS company owner Al Marzooqi to Kerala to explain the matter.
