Atishi visits Rangpuri, pledges swift action on civic issues
Delhi Chief Minister Atishi visited Rangpuri Pahadi in South West Delhi on Sunday to address grievances after Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena highlighted the area's civic challenges.

The light showers kept lashed across many locations in Delhi-NCR, including India Gate, Janpath Road, R K Puram, Kalindikunj, Gazipur, Indirapuram, Laxmi Nagar, Dwarka, Connaught Place, Noida, Safdarjung, Uttam Nagar, East of Kailash, and Rohini in the morning and evening.

The city remained overcast throughout the day followed by drizzle with a pleasant breeze blowing throughout the day.

The city recorded a minimum temperature of 23.1 degrees Celsius, 2.5 points below normal.
The Weather Department had an ‘orange’ alert for heavy rainfall. According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), moderate to heavy rain, along with thunderstorms and gusty winds, was forecast for Thursday night, and cloudy sky with moderate rain is expected for Friday.
The Weather Department added that the national capital recorded 16 mm of cumulative rainfall during the day.
Following early the morning rain, traffic police, on social media platform X, posted an advisory for the traffic movement on GTK Road on both the carriageway from Mukarba Chowk towards Azadpur Chowk and on MB road in the carriageway from Khanpur T Point towards Mehrauli was affected due to waterlogging.
However, these restrictions were later removed.
