106 shuttle buses, 60 more Metro trips to combat air pollution in Delhi
The decision came during a high-level meeting Rai held with the officials on the implementation of GRAP-III restrictions in the city.
The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has said that the last metro train service will start at 10 p.m. from all metro terminals on the occasion of Diwali tomorrow.
The DMRC in a statement said, “The last metro train will start at 10 p.m. from all the terminals of the metro including Airport Express Line, Dilshad Garden, Rithala, Samaypur Badli, Huda City Centre, Noida City Centre, Dwarka Sector-21, Vaishali, Kirti Nagar, Inderlok, Mundka, Kashmere Gate, Escorts Mujesar and New Delhi.”
The statement further stated that metro services will run as usual for rest of the day on Diwali from 6 a.m. onwards on all lines. Meanwhile, service on Airport Express Line will function from 4:45 a.m.
