AAP, BJP playing with emotions of Jat community:Yadav
Delhi Congress president Devener Yadav on Thursday accused the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and BJP of playing with the emotions of the Jat community ahead of the forthcoming Assembly elections.
AAP national convenor Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday thanked INDIA bloc partners for extending support to the party in the Delhi assembly elections scheduled for February 5.
Addressing a press conference here, he said, “We have got the support of Mamata ji and Akhilesh ji and Uddhav Thackeray ji’s Shiv Sena is also supporting us. I thank all the parties and people who supported us”.

The election in Delhi has nothing to do with INDIA block as it is between the AAP and BJP only, he added.

Criticizing Congress leader Sandeep Dikshit who is a nominee against him from New Delhi Assembly constituency, Kejriwal said, “Dikshit is a pawn of BJP. He follows instructions from the saffron party. If the party tells him to file a case against AAP, he follows the instructions”.
Earlier on Wednesday, AAP had got backing of Trinamool Congress (TMC) and Kejriwal had thanked West Bengal Chief Minister and TMC supremo Mamata Banerjee for extending her party’s support to AAP.
In a post on X, Kejriwal posted, “TMC has announced support to AAP in Delhi elections. I am personally grateful to Mamta Didi. Thank you Didi, you have always supported and blessed us in our good and bad times”.
Reacting to this post, senior TMC leader Derek O’ Brien wrote on X, “We have your back, Aam Aadmi Party”.
Moreover, Samajwadi Party had also extended its support for the AAP in the Delhi Assembly elections and Kejriwal had thanked its chief Akhilesh Yadav for supporting the party. He posted on X, “Thank you very much Akhilesh ji. You always support and stand with us. I and the people of Delhi are grateful for this”.
