Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal along with Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann on Monday kick started the party’s Lok Sabha poll campaign from Mohali with a slogan “Sansad Vich Vi Bhagwant Maan, Khushhal Punjab Te Vadegi Shaan,” assuring the people that with representation by ruling party in Parliament, the state will prosper with grandeur.
Kejriwal during his address at the launch of election campaign thanked the people of Punjab for giving AAP 92 of the 117 seats in the assembly and similarly urged them to support and provide 13 seats in the Lok Sabha, adding that it would ensure unhindered progress of Punjab.

Kejriwal claimed that Mann is currently fighting alone for the interest of the state, and if the party gets people’s support in the upcoming polls, he will have a boost and will be able contribute more to development in the state.
Launching a scathing attack on the ruling dispensation at the Centre, Kejriwal alleged that the public can see how the Central Government, the Governor, and the saffron party leaders are harassing Punjab CM and the government and its ministers in different ways.
“The central government has withheld Rs 8000 crore which was the right of Punjab,” he claimed, adding that with that money many schools, roads, hospitals and mohalla clinics could have been built.
Kejriwal further alleged that the Governor is hindering every work that the government does.
Speaking on the occasion, Punjab CM said that the government is now bringing back the state on the path of progress.
He further said that the Punjab government has purchased a new thermal power plant, and now industries will also get cheap electricity, he claimed.
“Our government gave jobs to 42,992 people. Big companies are coming to Punjab. We are continuously working for the people,” Mann said.
