Arvind Kejriwal, the national convener of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), claimed on Monday that senior AAP leader Manish Sisodia’s house may be raided by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in the coming days. Kejriwal stated that the information came from reliable sources.
Taking to social media, Kejriwal wrote, “According to reliable sources, there will be a CBI raid at Manish Sisodia’s house in the next few days. BJP is losing the Delhi elections. These arrests and raids are the result of their frustration.”

The AAP chief had also alleged recently that Delhi Chief Minister Atishi may face arrest, and several other AAP leaders might be targeted through raids.
Kejriwal asserted that investigative agencies have found no evidence of wrongdoing against the party or its leaders and expressed confidence that they would continue to come up empty-handed. Praising the party’s integrity, he described AAP as “staunchly honest.”
The AAP has consistently accused the BJP of employing central agencies to discredit its leaders ahead of elections. According to the party, these tactics reflect the BJP’s desperation to win the upcoming Delhi Assembly polls.
Senior AAP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi, Manish Sisodia, was previously arrested in connection with the controversial excise policy case. AAP had condemned the arrest as a “witch hunt” by central agencies under BJP’s influence.
AAP leaders have also alleged that the BJP orchestrates false cases to arrest Kejriwal and other party members, as it struggles to defeat them in elections.
