Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur met Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani at Gandhinagar on Friday evening and showed a keen interest in new initiatives taken by the government. Industry Minister Bikram Singh was also accompanying the Chief Minister for this official meeting.
During the meeting, Thakur showed a keen interest in the new initiatives taken by the Gujarat government to ensure transparent and progressive administration and public delivery system.
Vijay Rupani apprised Thakur about the overall working and monitoring system of the CM Dashboard. HP Chief Minister was impressed by the monitoring of Sujlam Sufflam Jal Abhiyaan and direct communication with all District Collectors, DDOs, ASP via video conferencing through CM Dashboard.

Thakur appreciated the Digital Gujarat portal and on hand availability of evaluation of work of government departments, their indicators and database of implementation of Central schemes in Gujarat on CM Dashboard.
Gujarat’s Chief Minister apprised Thakur about real-time monitoring of public services-ST bus service-108 Emergency service etc. through this Dashboard and extension of public service model by the maintenance of street lights in urban areas etc.
