Tea Board sets 2025 plucking and making timeline
Tea Board of India has announced that tea plucking and manufacturing for the 2025 cropping season will commence only after winter dormancy ends, allowing tea bushes to sprout fresh buds.
Known for its natural bounty and eco-tourism sites, Himachal Pradesh’s forest department has launched its official eco-tourism website.
The website was launched by Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur on Saturday evening in the presence of Forest minister Gobind Singh Thakur.

The website would contain eco-tourism policy, information regarding Himachal Pradesh, scope and possibility of eco-tourism in the state and information regarding eco-tourism tracks.

The eco-tourists would also be able to provide their feedback through this website. Tourists would be able to book online for accommodation in 50 forest rest houses being operated under eco-tourism in the state.Thakur also released a multipurpose poster which is brought out by the publicity division of forest department.
