So far, Kejriwal has skipped the summons by the ED four times — on November 2, December 21, January 3 and January 18.
The Delhi CM had given written responses to the previous summons by the federal probe agency.
He had earlier termed the summons unsustainable in law and politically motivated, and also questioned the basis of the notices, calling them non- specific and asked ”in which capacity was he being summoned by the ED in the case”.
