Palghar police have arrested a Nigerian national for allegedly peddling drugs and have seized drugs worth Rs 6 lakh from him.
Inspector Bharat Jadhav of Nalasopara police station said that, based on a tip off, Nigerian national Sirki Lasmen Dumaya was arrested on Wednesday from Hanuman Nagar area.
The official said that 310 grams of banned drug mephedrone was seized from the accused.

He said that Dumaya had been booked under relevant sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, adding that further investigations were underway.
