Cattle smuggling racket busted in Odisha, three arrested
Police in Odisha’s Malkangiri district police on Tuesday rescued 31 cattle which were being illegally transported to slaughterhouses in neighbouring Andhra Pradesh.
Haryana Police on Tuesday claimed to have nabbed a gang of auto-lifters in Faridabad. Seven persons allegedly involved in 44 incidents of vehicle lifting in Faridabad area have been arrested.
As many as 32 motorcycles, five scooties, two canters, four cars and an illegal weapon have been recovered from their possession.
