With the start of the e-courts project at district courts Shimla, the day-to-day proceedings of the court will be made available on the mobile and email. Officiating Chief Justice Sanjay Karol on Wednesday launched e-courts project in District Court Shimla.
With the launch of the project, the counsel and lawyers will be informed about the action and next date of the case through SMS and e-mails. To get the services, both parties and their lawyers will have to provide their mobile numbers and emails during the filing of the petition.
