Despite rising temperatures, Delhi’s air quality dropped down from ‘moderate’ to ‘poor’ with an Air Quality Index (AQI) of 217.
The fire officials said that the blaze first erupted in a single vehicle and then spread into the nearby parked vehicles that include two wheelers, three wheelers and cars.
Among those arrested, five were key operatives, including suppliers, middlemen, and receivers involved in the distribution of charas, the police added.
Parvesh Verma accused the previous AAP government of misleading the people of Delhi.
The accused, Sumit Singh, has been involved in multiple cases of fraud in Delhi.
Informing about the operation, Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) North West Jitendra Meena on Sunday said,
Earlier this week, a 27-year-old man was arrested for allegedly raping a 16-year-old girl in a closed MCD school and was identified by his yellow shirt, said Delhi police.
