Winds likely to bring mercury further down in the Delhi
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an orange alert predicting a dense to very dense fog over Delhi-NCR for Monday morning.

The residents of Delhi woke up to a humid morning on Wednesday, with some parts of the city experiencing clouds and other parts finding it sunny. The minimum temperature was recorded at 28.6 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season’s average. A little change in the Delhi weather is likely as the meteorological department had predicted light rain later in the day.
According to the Met office, the humidity level recorded at 8.30 am was 73 per cent.
The weather office has predicted light showers in some parts of the city later in the day.

“The sky will remain cloudy with chances of light rain or drizzle later in the day,” said an official from the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
The maximum temperature is expected to be around 37 degrees Celsius.
On Tuesday, the humidity level had risen to 95 per cent. While the maximum temperature was 37.2 degrees, two notches above the season’s average, the minimum had settled at 28 degrees Celsius.
