Winter Session of the Delhi Assembly is to be held from November 29 to December 3, an official notification said on Monday.
The Delhi Assembly on Tuesday passed a resolution seeking amendments to existing laws in the national capital to award the death penalty to those convicted of raping minors and to make stalking a non-bailable offence.
The resolution, moved by AAP MLA Saurabh Bharadwaj, demanded that the Delhi government present a Bill asking the Centre to amend the law.
The resolution was preceded by a discussion on proposed anti-stalking Bill initiated by MLA Alka Lamba.

Lamba demanded that the government make stalking a non-bailable offence in an anti-stalking bill.
The legislative assembly resolves that the government should immediately introduce suitable legislation by amending the Indian Penal Code, the Criminal procedure code, POSCO and other related laws to provide for strictest punishment for the persons indulging in stalking and the offense of stalking should be made a non-bailable offense.
The House also resolves that the proposed legislation should prescribe death sentence for rapists where the victim is a minor below 12 years of age,” the resolution reads.
Delhi Home Minister Satyendra Jain told the House that the government would present the Bill seeking amendments.
“The government will table the Bill. It will be sent to the Centre once it is passed by the Delhi Assembly,” Jain said, adding that he hopes the Centre would not object to it.
The city has seen a chain of incidents involving violence of women, rape of children and molestation over the years.
According to the NCRB, maximum numbers of crime against women took place in Delhi.
