Delhi Police conducts verification drive to identify illegal immigrants
To identify illegally staying Bangladeshi nationals, The Delhi Police on Thursday conducted a verification drive in the Sangam Vihar area of Delhi.

It was a cloudy Monday morning in the national capital with the minimum temperature recorded at 8.2 degrees Celsius, a notch below the season’s average, the weather office said.
“The sky will remain generally cloudy with mist or shallow fog in the morning. There are chances of light rains towards the evening or night,” an India Meteorological Department official (IMD) told IANS.

The maximum temperature was likely to hover around 27 degrees Celsius and humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 92 per cent.

Visibility stood at 1,200 metres.
Around 10 trains were cancelled and 17 delayed due to fog in several parts of northern India, while two were rescheduled.
Sunday’s minimum temperature was recorded at 7.4 degrees Celsius, a notch below the season’s average, and the maximum temperature settled at 27.2 degrees Celsius, three notches above season’s average.
