Manipur: Two Bihar youths shot dead in Kakching; CM Biren Singh calls it “act of terrorism”
Two youths from Bihar, who were working as migrant workers in Manipur were shot dead in the state's Kakching district on Sunday.

Three persons died in a motorbike accident in Nawada district following which their relatives ransacked a state run hospital alleging that they died because of negligence by doctors, police said today.

The motorbike carrying the three who were allegedly drunk hit a raised concrete platform near Mastanganj village under Akbarpur police station last night.

Two persons died in Nawada Sadar Hospital and the third one succumbed on way to Patna Medical College and Hospital, police said.
The relatives and villagers of the deceased, who died at the Nawada hospital, held doctors and staff responsible for their death and ransacked the emergency, gynaecology, paediatric, general wards, police said.
Twelve persons have been taken into custody for the violence.
The victims – Dipak Kumar (20), Satish Kumar Rai (19) and Chhotu (18) – were residents of Sudama Nagar village under Bundelkhand police station of district.
