Mahakumbh stampede victim’s body arrives home without post-mortem
Binod Ruidas (42), a toto driver from Kenda Bauri Para, under Jamuria police station of West Burdwan district was killed in stampede at Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj.
A seven-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a man here when she went to take tuitions from him, police said on Tuesday.
The incident took place yesterday when the victim went to the house of the accused, identified as Jitendra Kumar.

The minor girl narrated the incident to her family members later in the day following which an FIR was lodged, police said, adding that a hunt was on to nab the accused.
