An earthquake measuring 4.2
on the Richter scale stuck Delhi and NCR areas on Thursday, the US Geological
Survey (USGS) said.
According to USGS, the quake,
that stuck around 4.30 a.m., had its epicentre 13 km southeast of Bawal in
Haryana at a depth of 10 km.

On a day AAP convenor Arvind Kejriwal charged the Centre with doing little for the middle class, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday lashed out at the AAP-led Delhi government for allegedly ignoring the middle class and the youth and not fulfilling any of its promises during its 10-year rule.
Campaigning for the Congress in Delhi polls, independent MP from Bihar's Purnia, Pappu Yadav, has accused Arvind Kejriwal of not fulfilling any of the promises made to Delhi people and raised questions on his new guarantees. He also accused the AAP leader of using public money for advertising.
