Lenovo announced the introduction of two smartphones, the Lenovo K9 and Lenovo A5 in India on Tuesday.

Lenovo enhances its K series with the launch of two smartphones, K9 priced at INR 8,999 and A5 priced at INR 5,999 & INR 6,999. It has exclusively tied up with Flipkart to co-create well-designed products for the quintessential Indian consumer.

The new Lenovo smartphones are touted to fit every consumer’s need. They have featured powerful multicore processors, innovative cameras, and the latest apps through Android.

Lenovo has put together a portfolio of innovative products that brings the latest in smartphone technology at affordable prices. The two smartphones have been co-created with e-commerce platform Flipkart. Using Flipkart’s data-driven research, K9 and A5 come with various enhanced user-friendly features.

A5 will be available in black and gold colours with an elegant streamlined body with a metallic feel.  Its multi-band, triple card slot design offers more choices by simultaneously supporting 2 Nano SIM card + 1 MicroSD card. Supports up to 256 GB memory expansion with external MicroSD cards (TF cards) to meet the users’ daily storage needs.
