Law Firm Singh & Associates (S&A), in collaboration with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), hosted an event, QUEST 2018 – Knowledge Exchange Series, in New Delhi on Tuesday.

The event brought together experts and industry leaders from the infrastructure sector who shared their insights and experiences on various aspects of infrastructure project execution and dispute resolution.

The event saw the presence of notable members from the judiciary including Justice Sudhir Kumar Katriar, former judge of Patna High Court, and Justice Anil Kumar, former judge of the Delhi High Court.

Jindal SAW, Jindal ITF, DLF, Mitsui, Hitachi, Simplex Infra, TechnipFMC, Fourth Partner Energy and members of PwC were the key companies participating in the event.

The event comprised several speeches by speakers including Neeraj Kumar, Group CEO & Whole-time Director, Jindal Group, and Jawed Zia, VP, ABBOTT India, among others.

The experts held discussions and deliberations on contract structure and management, financial risks, criticality of documentary control & discovery, options for dispute resolution and other challenges in the course of execution of infrastructure projects.
