With the pass percentage being 86.15 per cent, and a significant rise in the number of female candidates 3,76,068 in comparison to male candidates

Candidates willing to check their MAH 10th Results 2018 need to visit the official website mahresult.nic.in and fill the requisite information, including roll number, registration number, date of birth to get the result.

As usual, girls outshined boys in the examinations. While the pass percentage of boys was recorded at 87.27 per cent, that of girls was 91.17 per cent.
A total of 5,84,692 girls of the 6,33,090 who appeared cleared the exams. While 7,83,896 boys appeared for the exam, a total of 6,68,125 passed.
What is significant is the high pass percentage of handicapped students who appeared for the Maharashtra SSC Class 10 examinations.
A total of 86.87 per cent of handicapped students passed the examination.
The following is the breakdown of the students:
Autism: Appeared – 44; Passed – 41; Pass percentage: 93.18
Blind candidates: Appeared – 894, Passed – 828; Pass percentage: 92.61
Cerebral Palsy: Appeared – 197, Passed – 172; Pass percentage: 87.3
Deaf candidates: Appeared – 1673, Passed – 1401; Pass percentage: 83.74
Dumb candidates: Appeared – 170, Passed – 136; Pass percentage: 80
Dyslexia: Appeared – 1474, Passed – 1383; Pass percentage: 93.82
Mentally Retd.: Appeared – 791, Passed – 584; Pass percentage: 73.83
Ortho: Appeared – 2445, Passed – 2108; Pass percentage: 86.21
Spastics: Appeared – 143, Passed – 127; Pass percentage: 88.81
District wise, Konkon district was on the top with 96 per cent and Nagpur was at the bottom with 85 per cent. The pass percentage of Mumbai was recorded at 90.41 percent and Pune at 92.08 per cent.
As many as 33 schools in Maharashtra scored zero pass percentage and about four thousand schools scored 100 per cent.
The Maharashtra Board Class 10 SSC examination took place from 1 to 24 March 2018.
