The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) might declare the result of the Class-12 examination on 27 May evening, suggest reports.
However, the CBSE has not issued any official statement on the same. Earlier, Union HRD Minister Prakash Javadekar had said that the CBSE will declare the results of Classes 10 and 12 on time. In 2016, the CBSE had declared the Class-12 result on 21 May.

When the Class 12 result is out, students can check it at two websites — cbse.nic.in and cbseresults.nic.in.
Meanwhile, the CBSE said that it will not approach the Supreme Court against Delhi High Court’s order on the Board’s moderation policy, which allows grace marks for difficult questions. Calling CBSE’s decision to scrap the moderation policy, “Unfair and irresponsible” the Delhi High Court had ordered for the continuation of the policy.
According to CBSE, 10.9-lakh students appeared for the Class-12 examination in 2017, which is 2.8% more than the previous year.
