A 340-page photo essay capturing moments from the Presidency of Pranab Mukherjee was released on Sunday, 2 July 2017, by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The PM presented the first copy of the book to President Mukherjee at a function at Rashtrapati Bhavan.
“President Pranab Mukherjee – A Statesman” is published by The Statesman. The photo essay was curated and photographed by Varun Joshi. Besides the photographs taken by Joshi as he shadowed the President over several months, the book also draws on the archives of Rashtrapati Bhavan.
