Council suggests short course for students to acclimatise with new subjects
The syllabus of the two existing subjects modern computer application and computer science have been upgraded to keep them relevant and contemporary.

According to information shared by the board, two of the four students were caught with the mobile in Kolkata. While one of them was in a centre in south Kolkata the other was in the north of the city. The other two incidents were that of Purulia and West Midnapore.
The students are said to have been barred from appearing in the remaining exams. As informed by the council, till today, a total of 32 students were found using mobile phones and have been barred from appearing in the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education exams 2024.
