Fawad Khan’s Bollywood return: Raj Thackeray led MNS to oppose ‘Abir Gulaal’
Raj Thackeray-led Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) has announced that it will oppose the release of Fawad Khan's 'Abir Gulaal.'
Earlier, he had met UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi and highlighted the EVM issue.

Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) President Raj Thackeray will meet chief minister and Trinamul Congress supremo Mamata Banerjee on 31 August.
According to party sources, Mr Thackeray is likely to discuss the possibility of launching a joint campaign against Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs).

Responding to Mr Thackeray’s visit, Miss Banerjee said: “He has expressed his desire to meet me. But how can I say what will be discussed at the meeting?” Mr Thackeray had demanded that the upcoming state Assembly elections in Maharashtra should be held with ballot papers instead of EVMs.

The MNS Chief added that he wants the people across the world to know how Mughal rulers such as Aurangzeb wanted to destroy the Marathas but were eventually defeated.
As chief minister Mamata Banerjee urged British Airways(BA) to resume direct London-Kolkata flights, BA is all set to resume its direct flights between Kolkata’s Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport and London’s Heathrow Airport.
