PM calls for reforms in global institutions
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday called for reforms in global institutions, saying they must reflect the present day world order.

He spoke about the different beneficiary schemes and projects launched by the Centre such as Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, Jan Dhan Yojana, Ayushman Bharat, Kisan Samman, Khelo India, PM Abhas Yojana and Ujwala Yojana.
The Governor said, “We take the pledge in the name of Swami Vivekananda, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, Rabindranath Tagore that till the end of our life we will fight against poverty and violence. The weapon against poverty is the PM-Suraj portal.” The Governor added that Bharat stands united.
Higher officials of different nationalized banks were present on the occasion and cheques were handed over to the needy and the deprived.

The Governor assured that the CAA is not against anybody in this country. It is to help those who are harassed in Afghanistan, Pakistan and Bangladesh and want to settle in India. India is offering its helping hand to people coming from these countries. The CAA is not against any citizen of India.
