The CPM Serampore Lok Sabha candidate Dipsita Dhar is a student activist, she was the CPM candidate from Bally constituency for 2021 state legislative Assembly election. She is well known as a national SFI leader, social worker, motivational speaker and red volunteer. The CPM Serampore Lok Sabha candidate alleged that the elections that have taken place during the TMC rule does not reflect the true mandate of the people.

Muscle and money power is used to suppress actual mandate, hence the greatest challenge ahead of us is to allow the voters to cast their valuable vote under no stress and fear. Dipsita said the need of the hour is Bharat bachao, the Modi-led BJP government have destroyed the impartiality of constitutional bodies like the judiciary, the election commission and others. In the name of CAA and NRC, the BJP is trying to divide people on religious grounds. The age-old cultural and traditional values of religions tolerance, non-violence and the sense of brotherhood are being destroyed. In 2014, Modiji promised 3 crore jobs but it proved to be a fake promise.

The permanent jobs are now made contractual, in every way the people are feeling cheated and deprived. Speaking about West Bengal, Dipsita alleged corruption in every department be it health, education or agriculture. Job prospects have been badly affected. The sitting MP has seldom raised issues in the parliament regarding the progress and development of his constituency. He remains always busy criticising the opposition leaders. The CPM LS candidate promised industrial and agricultural development, empowerment of women, safety and security of women and better job opportunities for educated youths and above all corruption-free development work.
