BJP takes swipe at ‘CID probe’ into missing samosas meant for CM Sukhu
Even as the state government and the CID deny any probe into the vanishing of samosas, a storm is brewing, with the opposition BJP mocking the alleged CID probe.

There was lot of protests from the Opposition benches today when BJP MP, Nishikant Dubey, raised the issue of illegal Bangladeshi migrants during the zero hour.
What caused further commotion among the opposition benches was his direct accusation of TMC and parties like them for being responsible for the increase in Bangladeshi intruders. He demanded that National Register of Citizens should be imposed on the entire country.
By giving support to ‘criminals’ like Pehlu Khan against whom there is a case of cow trafficking registered they are encouraging such Bangladeshi intruders, Dubey added further infuriating the Opposition members, including those from the Congress.

At the same time, Raju Singh Bisht, first-time BJP MP from Darjeeling raised the issue of atrocities for which he blamed the TMC government. Bisht was speaking for the first time in the Lok Sabha. “Due to the unreasonableness of the TMC government, political violence is very common in his constituency,” said Bisht. It is TMC which is fascist, not BJP, he further added
Gaurav Gogoi from Congress said that over a lakh gorkhas are in the exclusion list of NRC in Assam. Gogoi added that there are many prominent citizens among those who have been excluded in the list and included a Sahitya Akademi award winner.
Dayanidhi Maran of DMK raised the issue of Muslim youths being lynched. He highlighted the case of the youth killed in Jharkhand. “He was forced to say jai shri ram,” Maran said.
