Former Justice Abhijit Ganguly was a black spot on the Indian judicial system as the orders pronounced by him were biased and partisan.
“Abhijit Ganguly in a bid to build his career had given the judgements that were biased and delivered with a political vendetta. He misbehaved with lawyers inside the courtroom,” said Kalyan Banerjee, senior advocate of Calcutta High Court and Trinamul Congress MP. Mr Banerjee said he had pointed out a year ago that his orders were biased.
