Jamiat Ulama-I-Hind seeks effective enforcement of Places of Worship Act
The 1991 Places of Worship Act, prohibits the filing of a lawsuit to reclaim a place of worship or seek a change in its character from what prevailed on August 15, 1947.

Devotees can now watch the live telecast of Aarti from Ram Temple in Ayodhya every day sitting at home.
Doordarshan will telecast the daily aarti from Ram temple in Ayodhya every morning at 6:15 am.

After the consecration of Ram Lalla on January 22, Ram temple was opened for devotees from January 23.

Every day one and a half to two lakh devotees are attending the temple of Ramlala.
Just a few days ago, the arrangement for passes to attend Ramlala Aarti was started by the Trust.
Now passes are issued by the Trust to participate in Shringar, Bhog and Shayan Aarti.
Now arrangements for live telecast of Ramlala’s Shringaar Aarti to be held at 6:15 am have also been started. Doordarshan has tested it for the first day on Tuesday.
The daily live telecast facility started running smoothly from Wednesday. Since the consecration of the idol of Ramlala on January 22, about 75 lakh devotees have visited the temple.
Trustee of Ram Mandir Dr Anil Mishra said here on Wednesday that the live telecast of Ramlala’s Shringaar Aarti has been started by Doordarshan.
Soon, arrangements for live telecast of Ramlala’s evening aarti will also commence, he said.
