15,000 women self help groups to give rental drone services to farmers
The scheme aims to provide drones to 15,000 selected Women SHGs during the period from 2023-24 to 2025-2026 for providing rental services to farmers for agriculture purpose.
Patanjali’s ‘Samriddha Gram Training Center’ has organised a five day-training program for self-help groups of women from various districts of Uttarakhand in integrating the state’s traditional art form ‘Aipan’ with self-employment through Traditional Eco Art.
The training program was organised with the the support of Uttarakhand State Rural Livelihoods Mission (USRLM).
During the five-day training program, the participants were trained in business and livelihood enhancement through the IRULA hyper-local model.

At the conclusion of the five-day training program, the participants expressed their gratitude towards Patanjali and displayed strong commitment towards their livelihood enhancement.
Co-founder of Patanjali group, Acharya Balkrishna distributed certificates to all the women, emphasizing the objective of this training program to promote Uttarakhand’s traditional art and bring livelihood enhancement and self-reliance in women’s lives.
The enthusiasm among the women participants was remarkable. Notably, in the program, women were trained in art skill development through mediums such as stone, saree, kurta, wooden block, canvas, and wall painting
On the occasion, additional CEO of Uttarakhand State Livelihood Mission, Pradeep Pandey, also appreciated Patanjali’s efforts.
