Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates met Dolly Chaiwala, the proprietor of a tea store close to the Vidarbha Cricket Association (VCA) stadium in Nagpur, the video of which went viral.
Actually, Dolly is just a regular tea vendor, his method of serving tea became well-known online when a video of Bill Gates drinking ‘kadak’ (strong) chai at Dolly Chaiwala’s shop surfaced.
“He did not know that he was serving chai to a famous American businessman; rather, I thought I was serving tea to a foreigner,” Dolly claimed in an interview with ANI.

Gates posted a picture of the tea seller on his social media platform, Gates also wrote, “In India, you can find innovation everywhere you turn—even in the preparation of a simple cup of tea.”
