Ziggy expressed that his father would have found joy in the film, foreseeing him having a hearty laugh—though one filled with pride. He fondly reminisced about Bob’s creative spirit, highlighting the late musician’s unfulfilled desire to venture into filmmaking, particularly expressing interest in creating a Western.

At the age of 12, Ziggy faced the tragic loss of his father to cancer in 1981, and now, over four decades later, he takes pride in contributing to the portrayal of Bob’s life. The film features actor Kingsley Ben-Adir as the late star and Lashana Lynch portraying his mother, Rita. Ziggy, along with his mother Rita and sister Cedella, takes on the role of a producer in the movie, which is skillfully directed by Reinaldo Marcus Green.
