Raj Bhaban rejects media reports, clarifies on bust at Raj Bhavan
Raj Bhaban has also formed a two-member panel to probe the details of reports carried in some media.
As many as 188 people have tested positive for Covid-19 in the country during the past 24 hours, as per data issued by the Union Health Ministry on Sunday.
With the addition of the new cases of infections, the overall Covid caseload of the country rose to 4,50,26,139 including the JN.1 Covid variant cases.
According to the data, of the new cases of infections, 76 were reported from Karnataka, 35 from Maharashtra and 12 from West Bengal.

Five new cases were reported from the national capital.
As per the data, no death was reported during the said period. The death toll stood at 5,33,454.
On the other hand, 115 people recuperated from the disease, taking the total recovery to 4,44,91,212.
The active cases stands at 1,473.
