Triptii Dimri, the 29-year-old sensation, is currently riding high on the success wave of her 2023 film “Animal”. However, amidst the glitz and glamour of the big screen, Triptii doesn’t forget the crucial role played by the OTT platforms in shaping her career.

In a heartfelt acknowledgment, she emphasizes, “OTT has made a substantial contribution to my career. I received recognition and love exclusively from OTT until ‘Animal.'”
Dimri reflects on the earlier days of her acting career, reminiscing about the scarcity of opportunities. “When I started off as an actor, very few projects would be happening. Expressing gratitude, she continues, “So many people watched me there; it has also given opportunities to so many of us. Five years back, people would be jobless. Today they aren’t, so it’s a good feeling.”
Despite her skyrocketing success in films, Dimri remains grounded, expressing her desire to continue working across various mediums. “I would want to maintain a balance. I only want work that is challenging; I won’t think about whether it is going to be on OTT platforms. I just play the character; that’s what my aim is,” she affirms.
Dimri, who will be seen sharing screen space with actor Vicky Kaushal in her next project, emphasizes her commitment to reaching diverse audiences. “The OTT audience is completely different, and I want to cater to every city,” she states, underscoring her dedication to delivering versatile performances.
As she continues to captivate audiences on the big screen, Triptii Dimri’s journey stands as a testament to the evolving landscape of the entertainment industry, where OTT platforms have become instrumental in propelling talents to the forefront.
