Trinamul Congress criticized the BJP for its alleged involvement in the murder of a party worker Bablu Baishya at Gosanimari-I village in Dihata. Baishya was murdered by unidentified criminals on Monday night. The body of Baishya with the throat slit was found this morning.

Trinamul Congress leaders wrote in X handle: “We are appalled by the heinous murder of our dedicated worker, Bablu Baishya in Gosanimari-I village in Dinhata@ BJP4Bengal goons! What kind of a monstrous party is BJP? A breeding ground for ruthless murderers who callously rip away innocent lives? As we offer condolences to the bereaved family, we assure them that we tirelessly pursue justice for the merciless incident.”
