Amid Abhishek-Aishwarya divorce rumours, Amitabh refutes ‘speculated untruths’
Megastar Amitabh Bachchan seems to have broken his silence over the ongoing divorce speculation surrounding his son Abhishek and daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai.
Actor Amitabh Bachchan took a trip down memory lane and shared an old picture featuring his colleagues and friends from the Hindi film industry.
Amitabh uploaded the image to his Tumblr page, along with a tease regarding the “huge story” behind it.
In the photo, Amitabh was seen standing on stage, waving and clutching a microphone. The other celebrities gathered around him and applauded. In addition to Amitabh, the image included Raj Kapoor, Mehmood, Rekha, Shammi Kapoor, Vinod Khanna, and music director Kalyan.
Amitabh and Vinod Khanna were dressed in white when they appeared in the old picture. Shammi Kapoor wore a green kurta and white pants, while Rekha chose to wear a saree. The remaining celebrities donned all-black attire. Amitabh posted the image to social media with the simple caption, “And.. aaahhh.. there is a huge story behind this photograph.. someday it shall be narrated (face with raised eyebrow emoji).”

Hours before he and actor-son Abhishek Bachchan departed Mumbai for Ayodhya, Amitabh posted. Their purpose for being in the temple city is to see the Ram temple’s consecration ceremony.
He was observed chatting with Arun Govil, the actor who rose to fame in 1987’s TV series Ramayan, while on the premises of the temple. At the event, the father-son team also ran into BJP MP Ravi Shankar Prasad and businessman Anil Ambani.
