The nine-day festival will feature a diverse selection of world cinema for global audiences. It will open with the international premiere of ‘Catching Dust,’ a thriller by renowned British filmmaker Stuart Gatt. ‘About Dry Grasses,’ directed by French filmmaker Nuri Bilge Ceylan, will be the mid-festival film, and ‘The Featherweight,’ directed by Robert Kolodny, will serve as the closing film for IFFI 54, as per the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting press release. Hollywood actor-producer Michael Douglas is set to receive the prestigious Satyajit Ray Lifetime Achievement Award.
