Sunny Deol opens up on the return of the era of the Deols
Ahead of the release of 'Jatt,' Sunny Deol reflects on the smashing return of the Deols to the film industry.
The much-awaited period drama features an amazing star cast that includes Naseeruddin Shah, Aditi Rao Hydari, Shubham Kumar Mehra, and Aashim Gulati. A few days back, Dharmendra unveiled his first look as Shaik Salim Chisti, where he looked completely unrecognisable with a white beard and long garb. Fans where all excited to see the actor’s new look.
After treating the fans with a glimpse of the entire star cast of the magnum opus, Taj Divided by Blood, the makers dropped the trailer.
Featuring Dharmendra as Shaikh Salim Chisti and Naseeruddin Shah as King Akbar, the story unfolds the chapters of history while highlighting various unknown facts. The period film marks Dharmendra’s digital debut.
Now, the makers have piqued the curiosity of the fans by dropping the trailer on Instagram. The 10-part progression and family drama series will stream on ZEE5 from March 3, 2023. While most stories on the Mughal era have been portrayed through the rose-tinted glasses of romance, Taj – Divided by Blood will showcase these historical figures as humans with ambitions, desires and flaws.
