The Jaipur International Airport Limited (JIAL) received prestigious ACI Level 1 accreditation for providing seamless customer experience at the airport.
The accreditation has been given by Airport Council International (ACI) under the Airport Customer Experience Accreditation program that builds airports’ long-term capacity to enhance customer experience management.
Customer experience is an airport priority that is communicated internally and externally. The airport established a fundamental structure through understanding customer expectations, satisfaction, comments, and complaints.

The award has been given on three parameters that includes Measurement of Standards, Future Strategy and Understanding the Customer Requirements. Measurement of present standards is done by evaluating performance of different facilities installed at JIAL for convenience of  the customers.

“This is for the first time that JIAL has been accredited for level-1 certification by ACI for providing seamless customer experience. We are now working hard to further improve and strengthen the facilities,” said a senior official at the  airport.
