Mandeep Roy, popular Kannada actor and comedian who had acted in over 500 movies, breathed his last on January 29 after suffering a massive heart attack. He was 72 years old.

According to his family members, he sustained a heart attack in December and was under treatment ever since. The actor was consigned to flames at the Hebbal crematorium.
Mandeep Roy passed away in the late hours on Sunday, in Bengaluru. Celebrities of the Kannada film industry have been paying tributes to the legendary actor.
Mandeep’s mortal remains were kept for public homage before the last rites that culminated on his cremation.
