The conference was divided into five sessions, in which the new policies of the Yogi government in various sectors were explained in detail to attract entrepreneurs through PPT.

Giving information about the proposals made in the summit, District Magistrate Dr Dinesh Chandra said that Rs 500 crore was proposed by Tata Group’s TP Renewal Micrograde Limited in Devi Patan Mandal and Rs 195 crore by Krishna Construction and Traders, Malani Agro Foods Products Pvt. Ltd. for ware house and cold storage.

There were several other proposals from different companies for setting up industries in Bahriach, which is an Aspirational district identified by the Central government.

The DM said, “Bahraich district is an aspirational district, here it is our priority to speed up development and strengthen economic activities. We have made a small effort to fulfill this priority under the direction of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and supervision of Chief Secretary. This effort will prove to be a milestone in achieving the developmental activities. We have full faith that the investors who have come here will definitely get success in the commitment they have made with us”.

“Tata Group’s TP Renewal Microgrid Limited firm will set up solar power plants in Devi Patan Mandal with Rs 500 crore. Its purpose is to enable small scale industries in rural areas, which are still dependent on diesel for smooth operation, to be operated through solar energy. Due to this, on the one hand, the cost of the products being manufactured by the small scale industry will be reduced, on the other hand, the dependence on diesel will also reduce and the pollution level will decrease,” said Manoj Gupta, CEO, TP Renewal Micrograde Ltd.

Shailesh Kumar Singh, proprietor, Krishna Construction & Traders said ,”I have intended Rs 195 crore in this conference today. Under the proposal, pulses, rice and spice mills will be set up in Bahraich. Along with this, oil plants will be set up here. The Yogi government is paying more attention to entrepreneurs than the previous governments. As a result of this, investors not only from the state but also from other states of the country and abroad are coming here in large numbers to set up their projects. Yogi government is encouraging entrepreneurs through direct subsidy which is commendable”.
