ETO Motors in collaboration with the DMRC has launched last mile connectivity services at metro stations by deploying women-driven electric auto rickshaws in the National Capital.
The last mile connectivity (LMC) services was launched from Azadpur Metro Station to enhance the first and last mile experience of metro commuters in Delhi.
In the coming two months, ETO Motors will be adding 100 more e-autos on the Delhi roads and more parking and charging hubs will be developed at Kalkaji, Uttam Nagar, Dwarka and Majlis Park metro stations.
At the launch of the LMC service, Pavan Chavali, Managing Director, ETO Motors said, “Now we are going to deploy 300 electric autos at Metro Stations in Delhi in collaboration with DMRC in a phased manner, all driven by women driver partners to provide much required first and last mile connectivity services to metro commuters in the capital.”
