Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M K Stalin will visit Delhi today to express his condolences to Prime Minister Narendra Modi whose mother Heeraben passed away on Friday morning. She was 100.
According to officials familiar with the development, Chief Minister Stalin will leave for New Delhi by an Air India passenger flight at 4.55 pm today. He will be accompanied by DMK Parliamentary Committee president TR Baalu and security officials.
Earlier, Chief Minister Staling wrote on Twitter: “Dear Prime Minister @NarendraModi, We all know the emotional bond you had with your beloved mother Hiraba. The grief of losing one’s mother is too hard to bear for anyone. I am deeply saddened and no words can describe how sorry I am for your loss.”
