Dimple said the religious faith should not be tied to politics as every citizen of the country is free to worship at the Ram temple.

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M K Stalin, ignoring the call of Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao for a boycott by opposition parties, attended the all-party meeting convened by the Union Government to discuss preparation for G20 meetings in India. Leaders of some parties like the TRS, RJD and JD(U) kept away from the meet. However, Stalin made the trip to Delhi.
Stalin was accompanied by DMK MP and former Union minister TR Baalu.
Addressing the meeting, Stalin assured the Centre of TN’s full support and cooperation. The State will continue to support the Indian government in all ways, to fulfill its global commitments, he said

“This is a matter of great pride to our country and we have a very important role to play in promoting international understanding. India is keenly observed by not just G20 countries, but all countries around the globe,” he said.

He pointed out that Tamil Nadu was undertaking several efforts in accordance with India’s climate change targets, he said.
The Tamil Nadu government had set up the ‘TN Green Climate Company’, a Special Purpose Vehicle to tackle climate change and manage nature conservation missions.
Stalin thanked the PM “on behalf of the people of Tamil Nadu for this opportunity,” Stalin said.
