German economy forecast to lag eurozone growth until 2026
The German economy is expected to significantly underperform the eurozone average until at least 2026, according to the European Commission's Autumn Forecast released on Friday.
They also touched upon urgent issues on international and European agendas, including the situation in Afghanistan, the statement added.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov discussed the state of military security in Europe with Jens Stoltenberg, secretary-general of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), in Germany on Saturday.
During a meeting at the 56th Munich Security Conference, Lavrov and Stoltenberg discussed Russia-NATO relations, according to the statement by the Russian Foreign Ministry.
They also touched upon urgent issues on international and European agendas, including the situation in Afghanistan, the statement added.

In 2018, the EU would seek regular exchanges and coordination with India on major foreign policy issues. Cooperation on security and defence policies would be enhanced in order to address together inter alia terrorism, cybersecurity, hybrid threats and maritime security. Crisis management ties, including military-to-military relations, would also be developed.
