Premier League giants Manchester United find themselves in the bottom half of the points tally and are in fact just two points above the relegation zone following another poor start to the season.

The Ole Gunnar Solskjaer managed side have already lost three of their eight matches so far and recent reports reveal that their poor performances are bearing consequences even beyond the football ground.

According to a report carried by The Sun, Manchester United co-owner Kevin Glazer is contemplating selling a part of his stake at the club. The report confirms that if indeed materialises, he will become first of the six siblings to sell his share. Reportedly, as much as thirteen per cent stake will be up for sale.

The report further claims that co-owner Kevin Glazer has also filed documents with USA’s Securities and Exchange Commission and requested them to convert all his ‘B’ class shares into ‘A’ class stocks. The conversion will then allow him to trade his shares in the New York Stock Exchange.

It is worth highlighting here that the Glazer family has been heavily criticised from Manchester United fans after another poor start to the season. Even the most loyal supporters of Manchester United have changed loyalties.

Manchester United are currently placed twelfth in the points table even after spending £150 Million in the recently concluded summer window. They will be up against Liverpool this weekend who have been unbeaten in their Premier League campaign so far.
