Paul Pogba and Juventus have mutually agreed to part ways as the French midfielder faces an 18-month ban from football.
Players like Harry Maguire and Aaron Wan-Bissaka shifted base to Manchester United for massive fees while another player Daniel James was a smart pick from the Red Devils. If reports are to be believed Manchester United are well on their way to bag in another shrewd deal.
Premier League giants Manchester United invested in some massive names in the summer transfer window involving huge sums of money. Players like Harry Maguire and Aaron Wan-Bissaka shifted base to Manchester United for massive fees while another player Daniel James was a smart pick from the Red Devils. If reports are to be believed Manchester United are well on their way to bag in another shrewd deal involving Juventus player Mario Mandzukic.
As per a report carried by Goal, Serie A giants Juventus are willing to accept a bid around the £9 Million mark for Manchester United target Mario Mandzukic. Mario no longer remains a regular starter at Juventus as a player like Paulo Dybala and Gonzalo Higuain start ahead of him in the team. Mario is thereby expected to depart from the club in January.
The Red Devils were also linked with Mandzukic in the recently concluded summer transfer window. They were in fact looking to draft him in with other players like Paulo Dybala to replace the duo of Romelu Lukaku and Alexis Sanchez. Despite the deal moving forward at one point of time, it failed to materialise.

As far as Mandzukic is concerned, he was also linked with a move to Qatar. However, the Croatian turned down the offer as he was waiting for Manchester United to try and bid for them until January.
The English side are currently facing a crisis in the forward department with Anthony Martial being the only recognised senior forward in the team. Manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is fluctuating between Marcus Rashford and Mason Greenwood for the other spot in the team.
