Paul Pogba and Juventus agree to terminate contract
Paul Pogba and Juventus have mutually agreed to part ways as the French midfielder faces an 18-month ban from football.
As far as Juventus are concerned, this deal could well be two-fold beneficial for them since it would cost them a paltry fee of €10 Million and would give them a more than useful left-back option.
Serie A giants Juventus were able to complete some astute signings in the transfer window to try and make a championship-winning squad revolving around star striker Cristiano Ronaldo. However, if reports are to believed, they are far from done yet and are in fact targeting Barcelona youngster Juan Miranda.
As per a report carried by the Spanish weekly sports magazine Don Balon, Juventus are eyeing Miranda in the remaining few days of the transfer window. The left-back player’s odds of making the starting team of Barcelona may not materialise especially with Junior Firpo coming in. Thus, he could well be moved away.

Juventus already have a left-back option in Luca Pellegrini who had joined in a swap deal with Leonardo Spinazzola.
Despite all reports, any effort to try and rope in the 22-year-old Juan Miranda must be completed before 2 September because that is when the transfer window slams shut. Juventus would be hoping to grab the deal at the earliest.
